Friday, July 4th
- From 1:00 PM : Welcome and bivouac setup
- 7:00 PM : Welcome aperitif
- 8:00 PM : Regional buffet
– Bring a local specialty to share - Evening : Open bar
Saturday, July 5th
- 7:30 AM : Breakfast
- 9:00 AM : Driving area opens
- 9:00 AM : Briefing for roadbook participants
– Under the canteen - Noon : Lunch at a mountain pasture
- Return :
– with optional swimming stop - 4:00–6:30 PM : Motorized games
– traditional haymaking with Land Rover Series vehicles - 6:00 PM : Driving area closes
- 6:30 PM : Aperitif
- 7:30 PM : Raclette dinner
– With live music - Evening: Open bar
Sunday, July 6th
- 8:00 AM : Breakfast
- 9:00 AM : Driving area opens
- 9:00 AM : “The Mass”
– Our adventures with our Land Rovers - 10:00 AM : Group photo
- 11:00 AM : Trophy presentation
– Complimentary aperitif - Noon : Lunch
– Malakoffs (fried cheese balls) and meringues with Gruyère cream - Afternoon : Free
– Driving
– Traditional haymaking
– Discussions around open hoods
– Motorized game “Meter-Brake”
Start by crossing a line in low gear and cover the shortest possible distance in one minute — without braking, using the clutch, or stalling the engine - 5:00 PM : Driving area closes
- Evening : Free
– Grill available

Monday, July 7th
- Dismantling of the bivouac and departure
– No later than 11:00 AM
- 8:30 AM: Tourist outing
– Visit to a private collection including a 1909 Rover
– Aperitif and picnic
– Visit to renowned Roman mosaics (entry 8 CHF)
– Stop at La Lance Charterhouse with wine tasting
– Final bivouac by Lake Neuchâtel
FEES
With Registration
- 90 CHF per adult
- 35 CHF per child (8–14 years)
- Free for children under 8 years
Includes
- 2 lunches (excluding drinks)
- 2 breakfasts
- Some aperitifs
- Access to the driving area

Without Registration
- 70 CHF per adult (children free)
– Access to the driving area, bivouac, and Saturday evening - 30 CHF per person or 60 CHF per vehicle
– Access to the driving area only (no bivouac or evening event)
(Saturday’s roadbook and meals not included)
